While we have seen many changes throughout our industry since we were established in 1896 as the Briggs-Weaver Machinery Company, our commitment to our customers and commitment to value has maintained strength. Looking back, we are still  proud of where we have come and are extremely excited about what is in store for our future.

Serving some of the largest markets in the United States, Briggs Industrial has 14 Hyster locations throughout Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee as well as 16 Yale locations throughout Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas.   We have a large variety of new and used heavy equipment, service and parts, used forklifts, equipment rental, lift truck rental and forklift rental as well as fleet management.

Our main products include: material handling equipment such as fork lifts, lift trucks as well as aerial work platforms, light towers, telehandlers, generators, cranes, terminal tractors, telescoping booms, scissor lifts, and railcar movers from Yale, Hyster, Sellick, Terex, Ottawa, Genie and several other manufacturers.

We have received notoriety by our leading manufacturers and we feel that we have earned such appeal with doing the right things for business by working to hire the best employees who put our customers first, by taking the time to invest in the best technology for our business and yours and to continuously listen to our customers to keep our business sense with your best interest in mind.  Primarily, we are the proud distributor for Yale, Ottawa, Hyster, Sellick, Terex, Trackmobile and Genie lifts.  However, we also work sales, parts and service for many other manufacturers such as Atlas Copco, Broderson, Cascade, Drexel, GNB and Exide Industrial Battery, Mobile Pallet Trucks, Moffett, Motrec, Pettibone, Skyjack, Tennant and Teledyne Princeton at many of our various locations.
